So for us, it was a series of things that kind of led us that way.
But at the end, it really was definitely a money decision as well as just an enjoyment of life with less stuff.
I feel like we have a lot less stress.
So we were just kind of open to any opportunities, but wanting to look for something that was a little different and not the traditional sort of path.
Yeah, absolutely.
So this has been about a little over a year now, maybe like a year and a few months.
We kind of weren't really sure where we go with this.
And the one thing we were really certain was that we were not confident to be in Austin for the long run.
So we did want to be able to travel and see places, but of course that takes a lot of money.
We did end up doing a fancy, what I like to call luxury RV.
So there are RVs that you can actually travel full time in.
So it's tiny home life is how we call it.
So it's just under 400 square feet.
So for us, it was a lot about being able to take our things with us.
I'm very particular about my organization.
I like things the way I like them.
So that way we were able to take stuff with us, but we were able to travel and see the world a little bit more.
That was kind of how that sort of decision went through.
As far as budgeting, we actually cut our expenses over 45% by doing that, which was crazy to us because we're, we're actually doing more traveling, more experiences and more enjoyment in our lives.
So I would have thought that would have been at least equivalent.
