Initially, over time we do, but initially we don't take any points off if someone gets working late because we wanna celebrate the fact that they did the work.
Rather than
you know, that they missed it.
So it's sort of taking the the external locus of control and
trying to move that inward so that by the time kids get to college.
They want to do the work because they're excited about learning.
And it's their goal.
It's not a teacher's goal, a parent's goal, anyone else.
So
That's I think been
so rewarding for me and so cool to have the kids be part of that process.
They speak up, you know.
We get lots of petitions.
I bet you do.
Oh, we do, we do.
And then we get, you know, one of our values is to say yes.
And uh
And you know, that comes back to bite us sometimes in the funniest ways.
Like a group of kids came last year and said, Hey
We want to play Fruit Ninja.
