I'd be working hard to cash flow as much as I can so that you don't have to pull as much off.

But I would consider this a college fund and thank whoever.

If you can start your young adult life with no debt, you are significantly ahead.

It's a cheat code.

I mean, because you're not going to spend the average person that we find around here who starts working the baby steps because they have debt.

It's taken them one and a half to two years.

That's on average.

That means there's people who it takes a lot longer and there's people who takes a little bit less.

But to not have to spend the first two to three years of your life

Cleaning up a mess and getting on financial footing, but to just be able to accelerate forward.

If I think about that, I might be crying on the couch about how much time it took to right the wrongs.

If I was debt free at 23, what could have been?
