And so that kind of got shut down.
After that, then the publishers filed a separate lawsuit.
And that case also said that Anthropic's CEO, Dario Amadeo, who's the co-founder, and also Benjamin Mann were like the defendants.
So they're going straight after the CEO on this.
These lawsuits always have like really intense claims inside of them.
So this is an interesting line from this particular lawsuit.
