That's a small sample just to take it for half a year.
But still, it's it's dramatic when you consider he's led proximity, I think, the last three years.
So, you know, he's or at least strokes gained approach, I should say.
I mean, he is the supreme iron player.
That's his greatest of all the strengths that he has.
That's his greatest strength.
And he'll need it the most at Shinnecock.
And so I'm thinking, OK, let's see if we can pull like a Nicholas where he goes away for a week and he figures it out.
And he comes to the major just prepared and having a clear mind about whatever struggle he has had, he's figured it out.
And then it'll be an incredible week for him.
But that's a big ask.
We don't know if that can happen at the moment.
But he could still win even with his B game because he's that good throughout the bag.
It's going to be a lot of pressure, a lot of expectation.
I know how ironclad he is mentally, but...
I don't think he loves all the demands of the public position that he has.
And he handles it, but I won't say it's grudging, but it's sort of in a way that he wants to compartmentalize it and put it to the side.
He doesn't really want to live it.
Golf has got to be separate for him when that comes to that stuff.
That's a distraction.
