Earlier on Wednesday, Israel killed one person and wounded several others, including students on a bus in a separate drone strike, according to Lebanese authorities.
That's despite a ceasefire signed with Lebanon a year ago, halting its war with the militant group Hezbollah.
While Hezbollah has not attacked Israel, the Israeli military has launched almost daily strikes.
It says it's targeting Hezbollah and the Palestinian militant group Hamas.
An Israeli attack Tuesday killed at least 13 people in a Palestinian refugee camp near the city of Tyre, according to Lebanese authorities.
Palestinian officials said it hit a sports field.

They were taken overnight Monday from a public display area of the historic museum, a senior culture ministry official tells NPR.
Lina Katefet says there was no sign of forced entry into the museum, and the missing items have been reported to Interpol, the international law enforcement agency.
The museum contains artifacts spanning thousands of years.
including from what were thriving Roman cities.
It was closed for several years during Syria's civil war, reopening this January after Bashar al-Assad's regime was toppled.
Syria's director of antiquities says security forces are investigating.
And the museum has taken immediate steps to strengthen security and monitoring.

One of the important parts of that ceasefire deal was that Israel was supposed to allow a surge in aid.
But that has been held up because Israel
Israel has linked allowing in aid to getting all of those hostage bodies back.
In fact, after the attacks yesterday, it said it would halt the shipments allowed in, but it reversed that after the U.S.
intervened.
