I like to think of myself as a singles and doubles hitter that runs into triples and home runs.

I'm trying to put the bat on the ball and get on base for the big boppers behind me.

Speed helps for sure, but I've seen a lot of guys that aren't exactly burners on the base pass steal a lot of bases.

A lot goes into it.

Scouting pitchers pick offs and scouting pitchers time to home.

whatever it takes to get that slight edge, take second base, get into one position and let somebody hit a single and drive you in.
