Well, I mean, the organization that knows what they want and are able to enunciate with a specification that we can apply, it means we can more quickly fulfill their need.
And that's what everybody wants is to fulfill the need.
When somebody isn't quite sure or doesn't necessarily have a defined spec, yet we can help them with developing that.
or we can give them some insight and do that.
It's a great experience.
And yet, but it's still, we've got to get to the point of where there's an agreed upon submittal, and then we can go and get the production going.
When there's this urgency around it, it's always like, okay, how can we satisfy the urgency?
And that's because that allows us to be able to provide that better customer experience.
Gotcha.
Yeah.
And so, you know, that's why we say, well, you know, there's, for us, there's not really a bad customer in the sense it's really, it's.
Well, the ones that don't pay are probably bad customers.
Well, yeah, there's, there's, there's that kind of aspect, you know, when it's net 30 terms and things are going on, you know, a little longer than that.
And we kind of do kind of go, hello.
We had a wonderful customer.
We got through some medals in October, and they said, oh, by the way, you're late.
We really need these transformers in February, four months later.
Not just built, but delivered.
We said, okay, challenge accepted, and we're doing that.
