Do you think some of her critics sound a bit like the people who insisted streaming would never replace DVDs?

As in, not necessarily wrong about the downsides, but completely underestimating how fast consumer behavior can change.

Look, here's my biggest, all I'm going to say on this, because we've debated this at length, but the question here is,

It was the film.

The film that was on the front of the box.

You put Netflix on.

Yeah.

You put a film on.

What's the content that plays?

It's the film.

It's the film.

So that's where the question, it doesn't line up.

Because what this is referring to is replacing something which is existing high-quality content made by humans with cheap, low-rent content made ASL.
