You can't argue with AR.
That's what it's there for.
It's going to be there.
You can see why the linesmen give it offside, because to the plain eye, it does look.
But that's why there's been such talk about it, and it's there for those sort of decisions.
But they got it right.
The VAR made the right call.
Especially for such a big goal, a winner away from home.
It does take away that sort of instinctive celebration where you want to go and be with your fans.
Yeah, we spoke at half-time and, you know, the chances West Ham had first half, you know, it was there for everyone to see.
And I think they got the goal and they sort of sat back.
I think I said upstairs, you know, I could really see West Ham going on and winning this 2 or 3-0.
But they sort of backed off and let Crystal Palace get back into the game.
And unfortunately in this game, if you don't score, take your chances and score your goals.
on the timing of that change you don't see the winner coming you know like i said west ham they didn't do enough to go and win the game from one nil and like you say we spoke about it before with the attacking threat that crystal palace have they're always going to get chances and you know i'm sure the west ham management and the players and they'll be kicking themselves that they haven't you know held on or at least gone and won the game quite comfortably
You'd see Barcelona score a goal like that and we'd all be talking about it, you know, and it's credit to West Ham.
Like I said, they were playing well, they were on top and then to sit back for whatever reason and not really kick on as everyone thought they were and win the game or score more goals is, like I said, Manuel Pellegrini would be bitterly disappointed.
You've got to give Gary Cahill credit there as well.
I think he came in, he's come into that back four and he's changed the look of Crystal Palace.
He's a leader, he's an experienced head, as we spoke about.
