Well, definitely more communication at an early age, I think.
And the same could be said for any industry.
So it's important that we sort of stress.
Obviously, you can't just have people going into every school talking about the events industry, because every industry will want their sort of slice of the pie to an extent.
But even if we fast forward and you look at the pharmaceutical industry or law, for example,
industries with very good connections to academic institutions who are very much got their fingers on the pulse of the best students and who's doing really well on certain courses the amount of people that get recruited straight out of university in certain industries is significant because they've got long standing relationships with academic institutions and that's how they've historically recruited into their industries they'll find the people at the top of their class I think what's really interesting
