What what is the definition of self service ticketing technology and how does it manifest itself in your operations?
Is is th is that is so by using by using a platform like Weeze or i d does that
Eliminate the need for another ticketing provider and from a cost point of view, if if that organizer is using using it for, you know, closed loop, cashless payments and all that other stuff as well, is this effectively reducing the need to go to some of those sort of other third party ticketing companies who would who would take a cut of that?
Al also having it all in one place, not just owning the data, but having it in in one place and not having to
to download spreadsheets or use API and you know integrations to get two different a ticketing platform and a cashless payment platform provider to to talk to each other.
Presumably if it's if it's all in one place, even if they're using all three sort of elements of the system, everything can talk to each other.
I I I guess as well, just to see uh, you know, if you really wanted to dive into it, see what people's sort of food and beverage trends are, you know, so that you can you can plan your bar operations better if you know that, you know, w we got absolutely hammered on this drink and we ran out of it.
So next year we need to do this and y y I I I guess just being able to look at those sort of the trends of of what was purchased on site is gonna be
Really good for future operations.
I can see people sort of looking at screens on site, like a bit like reading the Matrix, you know.
So they could so they can see certain, you know, cor certain sort of uh data streams sort of increasing and seeing trend lines go up and going, right, we need waste management over there because we can see that there's there's a spike in sales of, you know, pizzas because uh and we know that that's then gonna generate boxes and so on and so forth.
So I it is it that that's an interesting one.
to look at because you know, do do you get AI within the platform to actually analyze some of that?
Or does it take people who really know and understand the platform to be able to read that sort of information and to be able to interpret?
What the data is saying to them.
