But when we were talking to Rita on the previous episode about catering for attendees and the different needs of attendees nowadays compared to 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years ago.
event organizers want to know that for those attendees who might enjoy a morning workout that you've got those facilities it's not just something that you feel you oh we're token gesture we're gonna have a leisure facility that plays a role in the events now

And do you know what bizarre?
My next question was going to be, well, I was just going to reference international visitors.
And literally in the background, an A380 has taken off from the airport and flown just over the building that's on the opposite side of the lake.
And again, the leisure facility, when you have so many international visitors, great, isn't it?
Because they've stepped off an international flight now.
The airport is 10 minutes away.

I stayed in secondary school up until sixth form.
And every year, the upper sixth formers had to put on a show and a big kind of celebration day for the school.
And it was their responsibility to programme it, design it and everything.
And it just so happened that the year that fell on my school year was the 100th anniversary of the school.
And we felt like a real sort of sense of responsibility that we had the privilege and sort of the opportunity to deliver not just that annual celebration, but one that marked a certain thing.
