How how when you've got a venue like this, um a and I suppose that it be in the in a fortunate position where you're you know, you're you're the preferred supplier here and and you're very much on site, um

uh from a staffing point of view, how does that work?

Do do you work with a uh you know, a lot of freelance network or because of the the the amount of business that must be coming through the hotel event wise, i is there a case where you've got sort of almost like a permanent base of technicians that that that are here and and operating here?

And having that

Going back to sort of your role in working with the venue and with the team here at Hilton, um I I I guess uh you know, f in that respect

that's allowing you the opportunity to really work with clients alongside the hotel at an earlier stage of the whole process, isn't it?

Uh that that's one benefit of having, you know, a I guess it, you know, an on site preferred partner is that you're understanding not just of the technical aspects, but also of the other hotel operations and how that could affect events.

Uh I I said at the top that we are here celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of the hotel.

I know, I didn't believe it.

And I guess what and I and I looked at some photos, you know, I I spent I did a bit of googling and and looked at some photos and

F in terms of the exterior, the th the sort of the facade, if you will.

Yeah.

The the fundamentals of the building haven't changed dramatically a as such, but but

I would say that that's probably the complete polar opposite when it comes to the internals and and the upgrades.

Even over the last sort of five, six years, a decade.
