um, lack of education because people had never had to do it before and there was an underestimation as well of of what was required of a platform.
And what was required, like you said, to sustain the financial element of it.
It's okay being able to connect two people on video or have somebody present to ten thousand people via video link.
And share their PowerPoint presentation on a screen.
It's another thing to be able to incorporate branding sponsorship elements in there to give the financial
excuse me, th to to have the economic benefit that you want your event to have.
Um and be able to integrate that into your platform.
So
I'm curious, what were the sort of the biggest issues at the time that people were underestimating?
And I suppose in some respects, what do people still underestimate today?
And I and I think that the in answer to my question about what do people underestimate, it is underestimating just how difficult it is by comparison to a live event.
I I remember speaking to people during the pandemic and and people thinking, Oh, it's fine, well w it's just basically we'll just do a video it's like a video meeting and people share their content, et cetera, et cetera.
