And it's a one thing that I learned again from first hand experience is

Even if you're dealing with, you know, te technology, there's also always there's loads of communication that you can have via email and via shared folders.

You know, we're so connected now digitally, it's great.

But the closer you get to an event

the more the quicker the responses need to be between stakeholders.

Which is why it's so critical to have people operating on the same time zone.

That's something I learnt when I worked uh you know internationally for the first time a few years ago with an eight hour time difference.

You can't afford to wait eight, seven or eight hours for a response from a stakeholder because they're in a completely different time zone.

You need everybody to be locked into that same time zone, even if you're still just working remotely via laptops.

The time zone thing I think is something that again is overlooked by from a support uh perspective.

Mm.

T I don't know how you feel about this, but the last six years have absolutely flown by for me.

Um and in some respects it feels like

That period of twenty twenty was yeah.

In other periods it feels like a different lifetime ago.
