It's certainly just the least chasing of the last 20 years.

So they swing at pitches that get them to actualize their power in a way that literally organization has never accomplished in any degree.

So the, yeah, the offense feels pretty stable.

Like where are commies?

got one of the lowest contact rates in baseball in the last 10 years.

Like I, how that projects going forward.

I don't know.

Tristan Peters has like a really low hard hit rate for someone who's like a one 30 WRC plus close Montgomery is obviously pretty extreme in terms of his contact as well.

Like there are individual pieces of the offense.

So like, you know, I could see going screwy a little bit, you know, Edgar Carol certainly had like a really disappointing season.

That's why he's not even in the majors right now.

But in terms of like there, there's a lot of pieces contributing to their offense being consistent that you like, you would think like,

least at this point going to next year is like yeah things could go wrong someone could back up maybe Vargas like isn't as awesome as he was this season next season but you think that there's a pretty stable um offensive core in place right now that they should be pretty good especially since like as far as like their their farm system you know maybe it's not like triple a I think they're exhausted most of their resources there but like

Caleb Bonhamer, you know, just now that they've added like three bats in the draft was, you know, Cholowski and then the three prep guys that they spent on.

and the way that their offensive like hitting development has just like kind of transformed the last two years you feel pretty good like this team is going to hit and it's about figuring out their pitching you know both this year and going forward that you know determines their viability is like you know kind of a nice team that hangs around the wild card race wins 80 something games and then al central that allows them to make noise versus a team that takes like a real step forward and it's like one of the contenders in the league you know going forward

We were there because the Sox did all their availability in Chicago.

So I was initially going to fly out for the futures game.

So I wound up staying to the draft, flying out like at 10 o'clock at night, getting in at 2 a.m., going to the futures game, talking to Caleb Bonhamer.

It was all good.

But yeah, I was on hand for the draft.
