The Budapest Memorandum, Bill Clinton sat there and lied to the Ukrainians and said, give up your nukes.
We'll give you a nuke.
defensive agreement to guarantee your borders.
And then Vladimir Putin goes in in 2014, goes in again in 2022, takes over large parts of Ukraine.
You look at that and say it's Putin's fault.
No, it's probably Ukraine's fault for giving up
They're weapons, giving up their nukes.
You're never going to get invaded if you have nukes.
Never.
They are.
