Yeah, so I investigated a case through the daughter of Kenneth Arnold, Kim Arnold.
And Kenneth Arnold is the one that essentially coined the phrase flying saucer in June of 1947.
He was a pilot and he was flying Oregon.

Anyway, his story got a lot of attention.
He saw these like what looked like these craft, almost like a stingray shaped craft.
He described them as like almost like a saucer skipping across water and that coined the phrase flying saucer.
And it became headline news around the world.
