Not having the pressure.
And by that I mean not being club captain.
I think he, certainly this season, in the past kind of 12 months, he's probably taken his toll on him really in terms of just the things he's had to deal with that's just not to do with playing football.
You know, things such as speaking to the chairman about when
players are going to get paid, and other players coming up to him and asking him questions that he just simply doesn't know the answer to.
So I feel like it removes all of that away, and he can just solely focus on playing football and enjoying himself again.
I do believe, I don't think he's enjoying himself at the moment, and rightly so.
He must be absolutely terrible at Sheffield Wednesday at the moment, and obviously it's really, really sad to see.
But yeah, I think, to be honest...
I think when I've seen Barry Bannon, I think one thing that probably lets him down a touch from my perspective is perhaps the way that he does deal with other players.
He's not afraid to bark a few orders at them.
I think sometimes there needs to be a little bit of a...
Just tone it down a touch.
He sometimes could put off certain players.
But I think that probably comes down to the fact that he's been at Sheffield Wednesday for so long and a sense of expectation on his shoulders.
Whereas I think coming into the Millwall side, you're not going to do that immediately.
You've got to kind of earn the right...
to do that and I don't think he'll be there long enough to do that I just think he'll get down there he'll knuckle down play some fantastic football and and hopefully just enjoy himself which you know when you're winning more games then that's going to be that's going to be a given and that falls into the into another question there is motivation I mean obviously he's leaving the club
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, for the reasons I've just said.
