And, you know, through that you get an embrace from the players themselves to commit themselves to the physicality that we want to see show up in those settings and the competition that we want to breed in order to get the best out of everybody that we can and
You know, in the same breath it's been a really clean and sharp operation, especially in comparison to this time last year.
It feels from one segment to the next as if it's controlled but physical.
And the urgency exists.
There's no slow lulls or anything to that degree and the players aren't allowing it, the coaches aren't allowing it to ever
ever dip and when it does to get back on track very quickly so that it doesn't really show itself with some version of a sentiment walking off the grass where you're like, Man, that wasn't up to our standard.
You know what, it's I do think it's always good to have as many guys back from a year ago uh that we're seeing now in action.
I mean to have nine guys who were with us a year ago and still in the fold, I think that's a really important piece in particular for this position group, right?
The continuity
the cohesiveness is such an important piece to develop along the way and that doesn't come with just the snap of a finger.
And so I think inherently we're gonna see a lot of benefits from that.
At the same time, guys know
Not unlike last year.
We're gonna move some people around this time of the calendar year in order to get a feel for flexibility, uh agility of the mind and the body and which combination makes the most sense for us walking into the season.
And so it's been great to get a picture of that.
Um in particular with Anton, who no surprise, he's, you know, playing like you would expect and doing a great job in that setting.
Uh at the same time
glances at other guys stepping into roles that they otherwise haven't had the chance to showcase yet and doing the same.
Uh so it's really been a a a healthy piece to the process and obviously still a lot more uh to prove and to show uh but everybody's gonna get that runway.
Oh JP, you know it's been a blast so far.
