And that's because of the environment there where you're encouraged to engage with people, listen, take that feedback on board, and it makes you a stronger team and a stronger football club as a consequence. matched

And, yeah, that has allowed them to sort of overcome some of the limitations of being a small club, which is, you know, in terms of stadium, not making great gate receipts, even they've moved into the G-Tech. matched

Commercial, not going to attract big commercial partners because, okay, they're a London club, one of the smallest London clubs. matched

And so they've... matched

They've overcome these by just gaming the transfer market. matched

And they've overcame it as well by being a Premier League club, you instantly become one of the richest clubs in the world. matched

I remember AC Milan wanted Christopher Aya and he went to Brentford instead. matched

They couldn't compete with what Brentford were able to bid for the player. matched

And so just by being an established Premier League club and having access to that money and the way in which they spend it, I think they should be able to compete to win stuff. matched

Not the Premier League, but certainly one of those second, third tier competitions, a Carabao, maybe even FA Cup. matched
