And so they have different groups of people at different levels.
But one of the fascinating things in the morning they would send out these vans to pick various seniors up.
In some cases, you know, get them out of bed and some of these other things.
And what struck me is, you know, they'd have a chain of buses to pick these people up or bands.
And if they couldn't get Mrs.
Jones ready on time, the whole day fell apart, right?
So we can imagine that Mrs.
Jones is taking an extra half hour, so the next person gets picked up late, unless is a system or capacity to make a shift.
And then that person's arriving late, so the doctor is there to see papal fit.
Right.
What would you do with a situation like that?
Just if you could walk people mentally through how you would maybe analyze that or propose solutions, because that's something that's very simple for us to understand as you talk, but you can appreciate the complexity of it in terms of how it impacts financials, right?
