And if you go after 2am, you can actually set some of the alarms on your at-home chargers so they kick in at the 2am mark, which I think is like the cheapest time for electricity.

So there's very nifty ways you can do it.

Yesterday I was parked up in Burris which is kind of near where I live in Carlow and I got two people stopping me within like 10 minutes asking me, how's the electric car doing for you?

So I think there's a lot of curiosity out there.

But because I live in the countryside, I guess my neighbours and stuff, all they care about is range, which is what I care about.

And so they just wanted to know if you can get to A and B with a bit of juice left over.

But I definitely wouldn't have one unless I didn't have my charging point at home.

I mean, I live kind of a bit rural, so I need it.
