And the big thing that comes from it when I'm going back to a playing career then into a coaching and management career and

A year later in an Edinburgh derby, lost the plot going off the pitch.
Willie was the referee again, but felt bad.
So I then had to go into his dressing room.
He allowed me to go in and speak to him and apologise for my reaction.
But that's Mark's point, and that's the referees I go back to.
Stephen McLean sent me off before as well, but I felt it was genuine.
People will say certainty, and this is where it becomes interesting, and some referees for certain clubs and this and that, but I always felt the decisions you could take, certain ones to a degree,

the referee never gave it so those decisions we were talking about where they've lost the instinct to make decisions were still there but they're worse now because it's when a referee makes a good decision VAR are getting involved John Beaton made a very good decision last night in my opinion Liam Gordon it's a yellow card
He's right.
Why does Chris Graham have to even get involved?
And that's what John should have been saying because he is a good referee.
He should have been saying no.
And then that maybe puts a wee doubt in VAR at the weekend.
