Let me just add a couple of comments and thank the Sanders partners, LLC and John and for the neighbors.

Uh Council, if you can remember, this started almost two years ago.

This was a landfill that was going to be built.

Going to be built by the res uh uh right near the resident.

And so two years later, not only have we changed our policy that prevent landsfill from being built beside residential.

But more importantly, we're at a good place now.

At the two meetings, the neighborhoods are very supportive of this rezoners.

So I just want to thank everyone for hanging there, including the residents of the neighborhood who who was very supportive.
