Titania several times about how this is not going to only tackle affordable housing crisis, but also a much needed investment for co-op,

food store.

I think that's great and I like to see this kind of approach in other parts of the city and I know Mr. Tanya is willing to partner with other organizations across the city to make this kind of visions, to turn this vision into reality in other parts.

I'm not volunteering you, I know that's something, I know that's something you offer, but I think this is a great way to work with the private sector, with the public sector, to really turn the vision into reality.

I'm very excited to see this, and I hope to see more of this in other parts of the city.
