We've

had so much conversation about Scout Motors coming into the city, being headquartered in Plaza Midwood, but it's also a regional play with the manufacturing facility in South Carolina, and an incredible amount of jobs for the east side, for East Charlotte, along transit-oriented development, and just a really, really great

investment into a neighborhood that doesn't have this type of employment within its portfolio.

So very excited to welcome Scott Motors to Plaza Midwood and East Charlotte.
