I don't know whatever the thing is.

I'm coming from a like an early 2000s American context there.

So 30th of August on RTE 1 and RT player with Siobhan Masweeney back as the host for another round of deception at Slaying Castle.

I think that like it is safe to say that last year's Traitor Season 1 was as close to a monoclonal.

As you know, as as we got in this country.

Yeah.

It was something that was so unifying, so amazing, so expertly done by the production company that it created for everything from the casting to the challenges to I suppose even the the the the choice of host and the choice of host for for the for the after show.

Yeah.

It was just so perfectly amazing.

Even the locations when you location, yeah.

Like everything about it just felt so

So like I said look looks and and wonderful.

So I'm very excited for this.

So uh the producer Mared Wheel and has said that the new series leads into distinctively Irish humour and culture.

And I I think that what's exciting about sort of as sort of um sort of homegrown versions of international franchises become more established is that you can see that diversity grow of growth kind of around like, well let's bring in more of what makes us us.

And I think that that came

so through so much last year in the i i in the contestants um but like very much in terms of the challenges and the way the show is created it was a cookie cutter template of like what had been done before so i'll be very excited to see like how they kind of bring some more of of of our of like of of of of our Irish identity into it um and last year's I suppose last year's show created I suppose the biggest breakout star of last year would have been Paudi Malone uh who went on to compete uh gets the final I believe of dancing
