for an actress like Lisa Kudrow, who is so well known as Phoebe Buffay from Friends, to be able to sort of completely put that aside and step into this role is amazing.

But anyway, I'll be curious to see which way the jury goes with that.

I understand that it would be very touching for Jean Smart to get it for Hacks to kind of celebrate to finish that, but I'm team Lisa Kudrow all the way.

It will be, one thing to point out is that Stranger Things has been snubbed across all of the acting and performance categories.

Like obviously Stranger Things has in previous years really dominated this and is sort of, I suppose, the performances from the likes of Winona Ryder, David Harbour have like previously been nominated and including like the kids.

This year it's only received technical nominations and it's not in any of the top categories.

And then in terms of like another major show that has come to an end this year, Euphoria, only Zendaya has been nominated in acting.

So none of the rest of the cast, which would be sort of just for the caliber of that cast.

I know it wasn't the best received season of television, but you would think that sort of, you know, across the sort of the,

across all of the sort of the major stars who were in that you would have maybe expected to see, you know, a few more of them kind of like in the mix and some of the categories.

So yeah, coming up on September, we'll see how it all works out.

Well, Matthew Rhys, who is in, who stars in one of the leading actors in Widows Bay is actually not, is the only person nominated for two acting nominations.

He's also nominated for The Beast in Me.

So obviously doing great work at the moment.

that's one of those ones i've been it's been recommended to me a couple of times and again similar to you i don't like scary things so i was like you know what i'm just gonna put this on the back burner and see how it works out but because i i did try and watch like american horror story like a couple years ago because i was like oh maybe it'll be more like charmed level of like spooky but i'm like no sorry i love the chart the fact that charmed is your reference for spooky like is highly amazing that's like me being like maybe it'll be like practical magic

Not that it's in any way comparable as a show, but Schitt's Creek really was completely ignored by the Emmys until its last season.
