Um and there's a real danger of you not understanding the lower level fundamentals.
So that is a really great example of where you shouldn't be using Cursor, um because you will not gain that foundational knowledge to then leverage it at a higher rate when you're using k you know, chat or or composer for sure.
Um so definitely always turn it off when you're learning something new.
Now th there is an argument for I don't want to learn how to write AppleScript, but I wanna use Apple Script to automate my Mac.
Um, so you could basically just basically say, I'm gonna cursor through it and and go through the pain, but not understand it and utilize that tech.
But if you want to use it with compounding growth and you want to use that from project to project, then that's where you would basically go, I'm gonna take the garb rails off.
I'm actually gonna go and learn through like learn it myself.
So it depends on whether it's a um whether you don't mind not knowing or whether you're gonna
need to know that knowledge for future projects?
Yeah.
Um what one other one other tip that I've got is um emotional prompting.
So if you tell it things like, uh, you know, I'm gonna lose my job if if I don't get this right, that that actually will give you better outputs than if you just ask it to do the task.
No, I mean they've they've seen it in science you know, in in in loads of different papers, um in research papers, but they I I guess it's because when you're emotionally blackmailed, there's a sense of urgency.
Um and
So so so yes, I will do that from time to time.
You must write my Terraform code or my Next.js code.
Uh otherwise I'm gonna lose my job.
I just feel like I'm I'm basically threatening this life form that I hope doesn't become sentient one day.
