At 5.52 p.m., they had received a 911 call from a neighbor named Wagner Alcocer.
He's a 52-year-old guy who's a neighbor on Common Street there.
They said, what's your emergency?
And his answer to what's your emergency at 911 is, quote, he's a little bit crazy and he keeps saying that he murdered four people.
We don't know who he is.
So this is later on.
This neighbor said, I opened the door and he said, I need help.
I closed the door on him because he was naked, covered in mud, and I didn't know what he had in his hands.
Then I opened it again.
What would make you open the door?

At your door with an unknown item in his hand.
