He said, I thought he was the victim of a prank or in an accident because he looks like a young kid, too.

Or he had a mental problem.

He wasn't bleeding profusely or anything.

And then he said, I murdered four people.

But this guy doesn't believe him.

He thinks he's just talking crazy.

And then Orion apparently said, I need my sleeping pills.

That's what he said.

So this neighbor Wagner here was polite and Orion was polite to him.

They had a little back and forth.

He even asked Wagner's wife to open the door for him since his hands were dirty.

He didn't want to get it muddy.

Right.

So they called 9-1-1.

That's the he keeps saying he murdered four people.

We don't know who he is.
