Well, yeah, I like a bit of theatre in my shopping experience.

It makes it more fun.

So you have to be pretty clever in the sort of accessories.

So I've just been very fortunate in that I've just been to Japan.

And I was told in Japan by someone who runs a cookery school that there are 55 different species of fish around Japan, and they've become very accomplished at catching and eating them, it seems, because apparently the Japanese eat something like 20% of the world's fish.

But the interesting point he made is that, and I'm not sure if it's true, but there are only five species of fish

around the coast of Norway or the North Atlantic.

Is that in any way plausible?

There's a lot of cod going on.

I think this might be something to do with the water or the sea.

Yeah, I mean, Japan's obviously in the Pacific.

It's different, totally different ecosystem.

So that'd be the other one.

But that does have a bearing on the sort of business, doesn't it, I suppose?
