And some of us have hormonal imbalances that affect our moods and so on.
Some of us get bigger doses of dopamine and oxytocin and so on than others.
Some people need to take medication in order to balance out their hormones.
So I'm curious about the
the biochemical aspects of happiness.
I'm curious about the philosophical questions that arise and have arisen since time immemorial about what is important in life.
And I think we all kind of understand that the most important thing in life is love.

Anybody who's had a baby and a young child and looks at a baby, a young child, laughing, smiling, encountering the world, discovering things,
The unadulterated joy of a child, I think, is is what we all long for, in a way.

And and our needs are basically the same as children's are.
I think it's that simple.
All the other stuff, where you live, what your job is, how much money you've got, whether you're tall, short,

And I think everybody kind of understands that, but somehow or other we all get conned into believing that we need all this other stuff.
