I think increasingly it's become political in terms of

We want to show we are supporting something specific, not just the marketing side of it.

And the danger with that is it's become not understanding what it is they are supporting.

So I think that's the change we're seeing this year and even last year to begin to start with is that shift from,

well, we've been doing this, we've been involved in this because it benefits us because we look good, we might sell more, our staff are engaged in it, to realising actually what does this really mean being involved in this?

So the shine has gone off that because things have come to light.

I think there's also an element of actually if this isn't the flavour of the month anymore, we're going to move on to something else.

And we weren't really genuinely deeply engaged in this emotionally or politically or whatever.

we were quite cynical in why we were doing it.

So it's very easy to drop and move on to the next bright thing.

So I think there's an element of that as well, is that this has never been genuinely deeply supportive of anyone from companies.

It's been a commercial thing, which is why it's easier.

Or for those where it's been like that, it's easier to move on to the next thing.

We've had quite a few of our members say about they've raised the question, either they've made formal complaints at work, or they've put a question on the internet, or they've brought it up with a senior manager.

Obviously, it can be risky depending on where you work.

And there's a fear of cancellation and repercussions.

But where stuff has changed, quite a few people have said about

either myself or there's a group of us or people are challenging this and asking the question, either say directly complaining or just saying, have we considered the risk on this or have we actually looked into what this means?

So I think that's a big thing.
