Yeah.
Porn's junk food.
You know, like spontaneous, you know, like random, you know, one night sits, it's junk food.
And again, I'm not saying that if you crave junk food, you're weak.
You're human, of course.
It was designed for you to find it appealing.
Same thing with porn.
But is that really what you want?
What you really, you know what you want, what we all want, I believe is the same thing.
And the people that say, I want something other than that, I think you're scared.
I think that's all.
And I didn't hang out with a ton of people that were smoking around me.
If anything, I tried to hang out with people that didn't smoke or people that used to smoke and didn't anymore and understood what I was going through.
Like, yeah.
So surrounding yourself when you're in relationship with people that are jaded about love or that, you know, are feeling very bitter about it or they're in an unhappy relationship, it's not great.
It's not going to, again, your food environment, your emotional environment, your relationship environment is important.
Look, one of the lessons I've heard you say many times in many formats is it's a whole lot easier to control your food environment than it is to control your brain.
I have a lot more power over that.
Like if I have the stuff in my house, I'm gonna eat it.
Like there's gonna be a moment I'm gonna eat it.
