And then when you come home after you've been away, like the scent of your home smells so good, you know, but you're home, you don't smell it anymore.

You're just, you know, you've never discovered water wasn't fish.

So I think that there's a lot to learn.

And it's funny to me that like how much you can learn about love by thinking about things like loss.

But I think that those two things are very intimately tied to each other because I think the finite nature of life is part of what makes it so beautiful and precious.

We were talking before, you know, before before we turn things on.

You made a point I thought was super interesting about, you know, do we make our relationships choices like subsequent relationships as a reaction to the one before?

And I'd never heard anyone say that.

And I thought, well, that's really good.

I'm gonna like really ponder that.

And I think it's a very powerful thought because I do think a lot of things, like we learn so much in relationship, good things and bad things, you know?

But a lot of what we do and the choices we make is a reaction to those things.

And I think that's very human.

These are very human things.

And I think we just forget sometimes that we're an animal.

We have a lot in common with each other as organisms.

like because there's so much that divides us and separates us and certainly there's a lot to be sold to people now by pointing out the differences and and creating enragement engagement and dividing us from each other there's a lot of distraction to be provided by look over here at this thing that someone's pissing you off rather than looking over here at everything that's going out the door

But I think really like what we have in common is really fascinating to me.

Like we all, like I said, we all want love.
