I try not to listen to the other, um, early ones until later in the week, but I've kind of found myself, I, I do listen to, uh, Milan, Pat Ryan and Verney regularly, but usually on a Thursday or Friday, I kind of use it as my, almost like my preview of the weekend.
I've listened to the Daily Pod a little bit less since it's gone behind the paywall but I have now got an Irish Examiner subscription which is by the way really good value if you are thinking of doing it because they have so many match reports and stuff that go up as well and like Maurice Brosnan is now creating some really good content so quite aside from the hurling content
I think it's well worth doing it I picked it up when it was on offer at the start of the championship can't remember how much it was but it was only like a few euro a month so I was like this is a pretty good value so I have no problem doing that I think most of the rest of the ones I generally go free pods and I try where possible not to listen to too many sports ones I see a lot of people giving Tommy Niblock and
Yeah.
Now, Geosocial's great.
Really, really do enjoy it.
And again, it's one of those, I will generally flick between them based on who's on.
I'll oftentimes kind of decide on the guest almost.
Yeah.
After what happened between Wicklow and Offaly on Saturday, I might just give OisΓn McConville the swerve for a week or two and then...
and he's like I'm down one listener who is that this one listener from Offaly who we have every single week and now he's not listening unfortunately with the nature of Offaly's collapse actually no shade towards OisΓn himself I just can't revisit that game just yet I think unfortunately for the boys at the football pod and a few of the others I might well miss it a few people are saying as well about the two Johnnies yep I was listening with Johnny P so John Pilton was going to be my call if we decided that we were going to bring on
a guest each.
I was definitely going to get Johnny.
And then I saw the minute you went on the Two Johnnies podcast, I went, bollocks.
He's giving them all the gold about, you know, buying the packet of cigarettes before you go up to Croke Park, you know, banging the, what's called the bag onto the dressing room and just going out after having a fry and some soup and sandwiches earlier on.
Balier Cat wondering about a slight tangent.
Well, there might well be news very soon for you on that one, Balier Cat.
I believe a slight tangent may well come back.
I don't want to sell something that won't happen, but I believe it could.
because we sat in studio a few weeks ago, and it was a rare day where Michael McCarthy, Arthur O'Dea, myself, and Owen, who would be the surrogate for Joe as the host of the pod, we all kind of sat there and went, maybe we can make this happen.
