But they're in a closed Facebook group.
But what happens is that once it got past 50 people, they all just start communicating with themselves.
So I go in there probably 10 minutes a day and I'll just interact with them and that's all it takes.
My only time commitment thereafter really is to go into the Facebook group and then two hours a month do a live call where I answer questions.
Exactly, yes.
The Facebook group there becomes such a powerful tool that people start interacting with one another.
They share stories.
They share tips.
People make friends even though it's like.
It's kind of like online dating in a way.
There's people all over the world who are communicating with one another and they become virtual friends.
And because of that, they want to stay in that.
And not only that, but at 30 days, they feel amazing because they've quit alcohol and now they want to take it to the next level and learn everything that they didn't know or don't know about health.
And so them staying in that group is a benefit to them.
It's no longer about, oh, my relationship with alcohol.
Now it's how do I lose 20 pounds?
How do I get more energy?
Well, I'm still figuring that out at the moment.
A lot of people who do the challenge want to just do it for the 30 days.
You know, at the moment, it's about half of them.
