And then they decided they actually wanted to modify like the uh some of the tools like ESM in ways that we haven't seen been done before in previous papers and then also putting together these different tools into a new workflow.

So that part from deciding what tools to use and from also to modifying the tools, which I think is a critical component, all the way to like putting the different tools together into a pipeline, is mostly done by the agents.

Yeah, yeah, so it's a good question.

In in principle, we could also try to ask the agents to do that and maybe they would have wanna have us like a more of like a software agent to help them with um uh but in this case actually a lot of the tools are available, for example like the Alpha Photo was already available on the cluster that we're using, right?

So then the agent would have to write the code for interfacing and extract information from AlphaFode, but they don't have to uh download the tools.

So yeah, so uh

Yeah, but I think that's something that would be interesting to explore in the next iteration.

I mean, in the end, here we will it's they're already solving a very hard problem, which is basic the developing new nanobodies for recent variants of COVID, which there's no good solutions, right?

So they're already solving a very challenging problem.

We don't need to put extra obstacles in their way.

I think this is actually something quite interesting that agents

developed, right?

Just for the general audience, the ESCM is like a large protein language model, right?

So it's sort of like you can think of that as like a bird style model, but trained over like amino acid sequences.

And it's trained over like

All these evolutionary scale sequences of proteins.
