I'm trying to basically write a book for ordinary people who are suddenly using these things all the time and are slightly clueless about it.
Well, I say at the end, I've got this little annex at the very end that says, I'm often asked how much did I use this in the writing.
And it's weird because it's a book about it.
And I run loads of tests using all these bots to show how they act and what they do and what they say.
including very openly saying, I ran this chapter through it and asked for advice about how to improve it.
And this is what it said.
So it's a bit of a weird one that, and there's a couple of sentences, which I also say in the book, like I just took from a large language model and slotted straight in because it was so good.
The rest where I used it, it's like advice.
Can you give me some feedback?
Give me an idea.
And that's actually I think it's best use is like an ideas assistant to bounce things off.
There's a lot of really bad uses.
That is one of the few quite good uses for it if you know what you're doing.

Well, it's like, I'll be totally honest with you, I would rather they didn't exist.
I would rather they weren't here.
