I think that's the big thing that we still have to get to because there probably is still worry from the police or the government about maybe crowds congregating.

Maybe there's another argument, you know, should we be trusting supporters a lot more and they're well aware of how serious a situation we're in at this moment.

But I still don't think that's across the line.

They're looking to start next season.

I think it's in the second week of September on a certain weekend, I think.

Matt, the whole start to this, and my view's changed on a number of things because it almost feels like it changes every day.

And my initial feeling was that there's no way you can start next season before this one's finished.

And there's no doubt for me, I've always been a big believer that you've got to try and finish this season.

But I also understand from next season's point of view, from where the Euros are, you've almost got to work backwards from that.

And you don't want sort of two seasons being disrupted as well.

So there has to be a cut-off point at some stage...

really it looks to me that the nine games to play that the Premier League want to try and get the season done in seven weeks I think that's you know the initial idea with the time frame there may have to be another couple of rounds of midweek fixtures if they want to hit that target that you're talking about Dave but there has to be some sort of plan for when next season starts because obviously the calendar needs to be sorted for next season also so listen the games look like now that they're going to get played now it's more about dates and they're going forward but

As I said, you can't afford to be too late into next season because that obviously disrupts next season again, and you don't want two seasons being disrupted.
