just as a matter of best practices i think there's a lot to be said for hiring for giving people a chance who you think have bright futures but haven't got that chance yet rather than going with well this guy's done the job before not to discount experience but i don't mind whatsoever a strategy of going out and finding the people that you think are going to make a difference years down the road and you think can really step up to the plate so i like that strategy
