So in addition to the World Cup going on, right, we're still focused on the Canucks making news or the fact that they have made a lot of news this spring.

And of course, Manny Malhotra officially introduced last week as the Canucks new head coach.

And, you know, there's a lot of different angles, interesting angles to take with this one batch.

But I think one thing a lot of people are curious about is.

We saw the struggles for some young players to earn opportunities and ice time under Adam Foote last season.

Obviously, the focus is going to be very different for Manny Malhotra.

Is there a player, one player in particular that you look at and think, I'm really curious to see what this player's opportunity and performance looks like with Malhotra as the new coach behind the bench?

Yeah.

As we look ahead to the summer, I mean, all of a sudden here, we're what, like three weeks away from July 1st batch and obviously the draft will pass.

And then, you know, we'll really see Ryan Johnson's opportunity to put his stamp on this roster.

Are you more interested in the additions side of things and who they may be targeting trades or bringing in free agency or the departure side to see who is no longer on the team come training camp next year?

Batch, we're watching a pretty fantastic Stanley Cup final between Carolina and Vegas.

And, you know, it's interesting because two teams built very differently, very different MOs from their front offices.

Watching this series, is there anything that stands out to you either as like a team building philosophy or an on ice thing you're seeing that the Canucks you think can take and apply through their rebuilding process?

What did you think of Manny Malhotra when asked about it, saying that he wants to play a very, very up-tempo style in his first season as head coach next year?
