So how do we shatter limiting beliefs?
So awareness, write it down.
Write it down.
Write them down.
You don't have to show anybody.
Just write it down.
Which I'm just, it's funny when you're saying that I'm thinking of all the thoughts I've already had this morning.
But if I wrote those down, I would not want to read that paper about myself.
Because you're right.
We just all day long, right?
They just come up.
And then you're saying once you're aware of them...
Then you create a counter thought, which is like, okay, you know, when I have that thought of, oh, I'm not smart enough or not that whatever it might be, not this enough, that enough, whatever it might be.
What's that counter thought?
Yeah.
Right.
That you probably know in your soul is true.
And then when you think that negative one, you're going to like literally catch yourself, replace it.
