It really did.
But if I had known then what I know now, I just would have started face taping back then and gotten the same result without having to put a toxin in my body.
It wasn't right away.
It was about eight days later.
I was actually going on a podcast, The Well podcast with Ariel Lohr.
And so it was going to be a filming podcast.
And I had to, you know, make sure I was looking fresh and I'd done a little bit of Botox.
And I ended up doing like a gua sha treatment the night before the podcast on my face and tried to even out, you know, the Botox because sometimes it doesn't set in evenly.
And the not the next day, luckily, during the podcast, I was OK.
The day after that, I ended up having like debilitating panic attacks.
I felt like I couldn't move.
I couldn't.
I was bedridden for weeks.
The panic attacks are beyond what people would probably think a panic attack is.
They were so intense.
horrible that I thought that I was going to die.
Like it was one of those types of things where you I felt like I couldn't breathe.
I would have my my throat was kind of closing up.
My heart's racing out of my chest.
I had such low blood pressure that I would start blacking out when I would start trying to just go to sleep.
