But I understand why people don't realize it until you say it like that.
And until I think I said this before was when a
client of mine said, it's like having a plastic water bottle in a hot car.
I mean, it's essentially the same thing.
It's warm to 98.7 degrees 24 hours a day, seven days a week when it's in your body.
I felt just lighter.
You could just tell that the things that I was dealing with, whether it be brain fog, fatigue, mystery, rash symptoms, just overall response to my body.
And I think that it just genuinely made everything just lighter in my body, just the toxic load.
And I wasn't dealing, I wasn't bedridden from breast implant illness.
In fact, my implants were intact.
My capsules were all healthy and good.
So I probably didn't have a lot of the
poisoning kind of symptoms that come with really aggressive breast implant illness like a lot of other women will deal with.
I think mine had to do more so with Botox poisoning and my body trying to heal from that and the implants made it hard to heal from that.
So it just helped me get to like the next stage of feeling that much better.
Yeah, I think if you want to change something about your breasts, I would look more towards doing a lift, which I had an explant and a lift.
And when I did my implants, I had implants and a lift put in or done.
So I think the lifts are an option.
Fat transfer is an option.
There's risks with everything or you just enjoy having a smaller chest, which I think is also very beautiful.
