We should get the sports science people from like University of Toronto to come in and do the Wingate and the VO2 and just yell at the top of their lungs like two feet away from your face.
That's what they do.
Is the Wingate the one with the 25 seconds they drop the weight on the... Yeah, you start pedaling your feet as fast as you can, and then the weight drops, and you feel like you're going to fall over the bike.
Johnny, when you watch this team play and you see what's going on on the back end, is this a good example of what can happen if you take things too far the other way?
I think there was always this notion that the Leafs' decor wasn't heavy enough, wasn't hard enough to play against.
Did they go too much the other way now and this is what they're stuck with?
Johnny, if we are talking next Friday at 3.30 p.m.
and the trade deadline has come and gone, what would have had to happen for the Toronto Maple Leafs to you be on the desk doing your SportsCenter hit to wrap things up and say, the Maple Leafs nailed this deadline.
They got an A-plus from me.
What would have to happen on that day?
Yeah, it's got to be, like, at the bare minimum, does it not have to be McMahon, Lawton, Yarncroke, if you can find someone to take Troy Stetcher because he's a good depth defenseman.
And then I think these guys that are off the board, like, if you could clear money, that's great.
But if you could convince someone that you need Nick Waugh and he's got a year left of term, so that, you know, is an asset.
Like, that's something that...
maybe is off the radar a little bit, but you look at it and you're like, that's helpful for next year perhaps.
What's he got going on over there?
What's he doing?
Is he front and center or is he trying to stay out of it?
He gets more people than Taylor Swift at that stadium just to do batting practice.
I'll bet you anything.
