And he's a very, very good manager.

I think he's a top professional player.

But he's also ambitious.

He's shown that in the past.

When he left, was it Hull or he went to Watford and then he went to Everton, which has been a couple of contentious moves.

So he shows he's not afraid to do that, which is fair enough.

You get one chance as a manager and if you don't do well, you get sacked very quickly.

So you've got to be sharp on those moves.

So right now, he'd be looking at it and going...

Can I take this Fulham side any higher?

If he believes he can't and there is a good opportunity out there for him, he might have even had his eye on Tottenham.

But that's obviously now gone with De Zerbi going in there.

The other one, the other really good manager I'm a big fan of is Andoni Iriola.

He's up at the end of the season as well.

So two good managers are probably looking to see what's going to happen.

We still don't know what's going to happen at Manchester United, whether Michael Carrick gets a job or not.

It looks probably like he will.
